HackerAI account controls

Delete your account and game data

You can permanently delete a HackerAI operator from inside the signed-in game. This removes the account identity, saved rig and progression, sessions, linked sign-in identities, device trust links, inventory, and private account spaces. It also cancels active PvP links and removes or anonymizes references held in other operators' saved gameplay records. Your final and earlier operator handles stay privately reserved to prevent reuse; deletion does not release them.

Delete in the app

  1. Open HackerAI and sign in to the operator you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, go to Danger zone, then choose Delete account.
  3. Read the deletion summary, enter the exact operator handle, and confirm permanent deletion.

The deletion cannot be undone. Enter the handle with matching capitalization. An older session may ask this device to sign a security challenge or require you to sign in again. You return to the sign-in screen when deletion completes.

Send a request to [email protected] with the subject HackerAI account deletion. Include the operator handle or account email. Elysra may ask for reasonable verification so another person cannot delete your account.

What may remain

If the Play-only 0.3.21/code 46 casino is activated, deletion removes its account/player linkage, client request IDs, receipts, hands, rounds, settlements, and awards. A de-linked progressive-pool event remains with only UTC-day time and transaction, game, and fictional-economy facts used for security, fraud prevention, shared-pool conservation, and economy integrity. It contains no player token, request ID or fingerprint, settlement linkage, or other account/player linkage. This minimized event is not treated as anonymous. The current design would retain it permanently, but the casino remains blocked until Elysra's privacy/legal owner explicitly approves or changes that permanent retention and the corresponding policy and Google Play disclosures.

Private forums owned by the account and their contents are deleted. Public forums owned by the account become read-only archives so other players do not lose their contributions. The deleted player's public contributions remain only as generic [deleted] tombstones needed to preserve conversation and moderation integrity; the handle, simulated IP, audit identifier, title/preview, and original body are removed. The final operator handle and any earlier retired handles remain only as private, permanently retained, ownerless reservations to prevent someone else from claiming them. They are not public profiles, a public former-name history, or public links to the deleted account. A shared organization transfers to an eligible remaining member, or dissolves if none exists. Pseudonymous security records required for fraud prevention may remain only for the disclosed retention window or an applicable legal obligation.
